Drafting, drawing, part and assembly creation for IP requirements and conformance with Australian standards.
Designed components for mass production: Extrusion - Die-Cast - Punch Tooling
Designed components for short production run: CNC Milling - CNC Lathe - 3d Printing
Communicating directly with the manufacturer in Hong Kong to assure the correct execution of specific production processes.
Producing accurate and detailed product documentation such as bill of material and engineering drawings for manufacture.
Packaging and installation manuals design for IILUS products as well as documentation for the factory’s assembly processes.
