Interviews
Deep understanding of a target audience is fundamental to create valuable products. For this reason, I’ve conducted a series of 6 User Interview to better empathise with the users that I was designing for. Only by understanding the expectations, concerns and motivations of the target users, I was able to gain a perspective similar to the user’s. As a result, this procedure generated a series of invaluable insights that I’ve later implemented in the design phase of the project.
